What you need to apply
Entry requirements vary by programme level. Certificate programmes are open to beginners; diplomas require some prior qualification.
Certificate Programmes
- Minimum of 3 O-Level passes including English
- Certified copy national ID or passport
- Certified copy of O Level certificate
- Two passport size photo
- Curriculum vitae (CV)
- No prior cooking experience required
Diploma Programmes
- Minimum of 3 O-Level passes including English and Maths
- and a relevant Certificate in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Professional Cookery from a recognised institution
- Valid national ID or passport
- Proof of prior culinary or hospitality experience (advantageous)
