Yes, a minimum of 4 O levels and or a six months in a professional kitchen or food service establishment is required for any of our professional development programs.

The Application Review Committee will evaluate your application and make recommendations based on your education, background, and experience.
The rate of completion depends upon your background, experience, and culinary knowledge. Some participants may be able to complete the certification within a year, while others may take between three and four years.
We recommend registering for the CAA exams at least eight to 10 weeks in advance.
